Quality Control
Our company started to work on ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System in December 2004 and was entitled to receive ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System Certificate with the audit carried out in February 2005.
While the products are produced, samples are taken and as a result of the tests we have mentioned below, they go to the shipment stage.
Dimension
When the samples coming out of the production line are checked and they are in the desired size, mass production is started.
Moisture
Moisture values of the products we produce are measured during both production and shipping stages.
Resistance
The strength tests of the samples coming out of the production line are made and the hardness and breaking points are measured.
